Electric and Electronic Equipment means every equipment dependent on electric currents or electromagnetic fields in order to work properly, and equipment for the generation, transfer and measurement of such currents and fields.
Decree-Law 152-D/2017, of 11 December, extends to every electric equipment (open scope) which are divided in 6 legal categories.
       Electric equipment under article 2, point 5, of the legal document are excluded.
